The PQ program consists of the following:

  • 6 weeks of app based learning;
  • 6 weeks of private coaching;
  • There is a  free PQ app (only available to people who sign up);
  • You watch a 1-hour weekly video (on weekend or Monday) on the app;
  • You have a 30 Minute Weekly Meeting with me to discuss progress, next steps and questions.  I will coach you through any issues you have in this session but also be available by email at any time during your program so you will be fully supported;
  • You do 15 minutes/day of Coach Challenge and PQ Reps practice on the Positive Intelligence app.  This takes a couple of minutes at at time spread throughout the day;
  • Read/Listen to 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided and audio in the app);
  • You will continue to have access to the app for the entire year.

Breakthrough results:

Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training you would be able to see the results in MRI imaging (if you went and got a scan!):

  • Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, home to your Sage (positive mental muscles)
  • Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, home to
    your Saboteurs (negative mental muscles).

A PQ score of over 75 is what we are aiming for.  Apparently our brains are wired to focus on the negative so it takes 3 positives to counteract 1 negative thought.
